Sales Representative / Business Development

This position will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, as well as developing and growing accounts, with a majority of the focus being on new business opportunities.

This is a long term career investment opportunity for the right person. Once a new business account is landed, the Sales Executive will continue to receive commission on all future booked projects from that client. This is a challenging role where real commitment is required to be successful.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Increase INTEGRAM revenue through new business development.
  • Maintain and track sales activity in CRM.
  • Work internally with CSR and Production teams to develop project schedules, best practices, etc.
  • Develop and close new leads using superior value and solution selling skills through both client on-site and online webinars.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in outside sales — 2+ years.
  • Degree or equivalent experience. Business, Marketing or Communications background preferred.
  • Experience in direct marketing, online marketing or print production sales a plus but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple levels and functions (C-level down to front-line workers).
  • Proficiency with using CRM’s, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite, Social Networking Tools.

Although the successful candidate will be regularly scheduling client on-site visits, applicants must be reasonably located close enough to Dulles HQ (near Dulles Airport) for regular office attendance.

Outside Sales Representative

This position will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in the Northeast corridor including NJ, NY, CT, RI, VT, MA, NH, PA and ME.

This is a long term career investment opportunity for the right person. Once a new business account is landed, you will continue to receive commission on all future booked projects from that client as long as you remain an Integram employee. This is a challenging role where real commitment is required to be successful.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Increase Integram revenue through new business development.

  • Degree or equivalent experience. Business, Marketing or Communications background preferred.

  • Some proficiency with CRM’s, Microsoft Office Suite and Social Networking tools is useful.

This position is available for candidates who have or are able to establish a home office within the territories listed above.
